Wayne Allen (Geis) told the parents of the two children that he had his common-law-wife seduce the two children at two seperate times by fondling them and having oral sex. His wife completed this and then Wayne Allen (Geis) would enter the bedroom where the girl was and rape her.
Wayne Allen (Geis) ex-wife testified that his current live-in common-law-wife is a former student, whom he took posession of when she came to him for lessons. The ex-wife pointed out that while she was making complaints during the divorce proceedings, that Geis was sexually abusing their children, that during this time was when Geis was apparently sexually involved with the rape victim.
(Name withheld/young female student I) can testify that she likewise was a singing student of Wayne Allen Geis and can testify that Wayne Allen Geis and his common law wife seduced her until she ended up having sexual intercourse with the two of them for a two or three month period before she came to her senses and left the influence of Geis. She can testify that she began the lessons at the age of 16 but there was no sexual activity until she turned 18 years of age. She ended up moving in with Geis and his common law wife Ruth. She stayed at Geis’ residence most of the time. She indicated there was sex with Wayne or Wayne and his common law wife almost every night
(Name withheld/young female sudent II) can testify that she was presently xx years of age. She advised that she was 15 years of age, during 199x, she heard about music and acting teacher named Wayne Allen Geis; he lived just outside of the town of PeEll, Washington. Wayne Allen (Geis) had a reputation as an outstanding teaching and singing coach.
She began attending acting and singing lessons at the Geis residence which were paid for by her father. Geis said that he had at one point had replaced the well-known actor, John Voight in an off Broadway play. She said she was spending the nights along with other students at the Geis residence because she was not yet driving because of her 15 years of age. The acting lessons were five to six hours at the time. The lessons were one-on-one and some of it was group oriented. Not long after she attended the lessons, Geis told her that she was too tight emotionally and sexually and she needed to be more comfortable with herself sexually.
Geis told her things which would indicate that she was not going to be a successful actress or singer unless she could be in touch with her own sexuality to a greater degree and become less self conscious. Geis suggested that the victim become more friendly with his common law wife. She advised that she indeed become more friendly with Geis’ common law wife prior to turning 16 years of age. The student said that there was fondling and touching of the genitals by Geis’ common law wife. She was slowly being brought along by Geis’ common law wife and then Geis took over and approximately two weeks after her 16 Birthday Wayne Allen Geis had sexual intercourse with her in the studio. Geis called Students father and bragged about how well she was coming along and how well she was suddenly doing and that his daughter was just: "blossoming” as an actress and as a singer.
Geis indicated to the young female student that in order for her to become even more comfortable with her sexuality, he would take pictures of her with a digital camera. She indicated that Geis took pictures of her in the nude and with her breasts exposed. Geis also told her that sex was bipolar, and that she would only be whole when she loved a woman and a man equally. This was said in an apparent attempt to make her feel better about sexual activity with him and his common law wife.
At one point, she indicated a reluctance to carry on the sexual activity and she was told by Geis that if she refused further sexual activity, she would not be developing further in her acting and singing classes and she might just as well stop. She advised that some of the other students were in such awe over Geis that being cut off from the acting classes would be seen as similar to being barred forever from the gates of heaven.
Geis forbid her to take on a boyfriend because it would interfere with her acting and singing lessons. Yet, she became cognizant of the fact that Wayne Allen Geis was having sex with her on a regular basis as though he was her boyfriend
When she had finally made the decision to leave, she was told by Wayne Allen (Geis) that he had undertaken a very stressful singing course with her and that unless he personally was her teacher and she continued with him, she may never sing again. He told her that she had undertaken a seven-year singing course and that she was only a couple of years through it. Regardless of these threats she finally did break off relations with Wayne Allen (Geis) and his acting school. And told JZ Knight in a long hand written letter about the abuse.
"Ramtha" through the person of JZ Knight asked Wayne Allen (Geis) common-law-wife about the rape and had asked her to explain in detail what the situation was involving. (Geis) common-law-wife indicated that she had intimate sexual relations with the victim including oral sex, kissing and fondling. She said that while she seduced the victim, Wayne Allen (Geis) watched and then raped the victim. She also said that at times that she felt in her heart that this was wrong but was convinced that her "husband" would abandon her and her children if she did not participate in these sexual rituals not only with the victim but with others. She indicated that there were many more young woman.
When Wayne Allen (Geis) was asked why he had raped these children, he indicated that he felt that they were in need of love and it would enhance their singing if they experience fully the act of love. He confessed that he watched his "wife" seduce the victims and then he personally raped them.
"Ramtha" said that Wayne Allen (Geis) and his "wife" had twisted the Ramtha teachings to get their purpose. Ramtha also indicated that there were other people involved but that was the only other young person they had done this to.
Another student of Wayne Allen (Geis) stated that it started out with Wayne Allen (Geis) asking her to do Marilyn Monroe type of readings and he indicated that she needed more sensuality and that she lacked intimacy. She ended up in bed with both Wayne Allen (Geis) and his "wife" but only for a relatively short period of time compared to the other victims. After she told she did not want to do the sexual activity anymore they kicked her out of the singing and acting classes.
Police obtained a search warrant and confiscated home filmed material on Geis property. On these tapes were the victim and Wayne Allen (Geis), his "wife" and other unidentified males engaging in sexual activities. Geis can clearly be identified by a large birthmark from the waist down. The victims were constantly looking into the camera like they were told to do so. Wayne Allen (Geis) completely disregarded the camera.
Wayne Allen (Geis) was clearly in a supervisory position over the victims and was likewise in a significant relationship, which by definition means a person who in the course of his/her employment supervises minors. It seems to be clear that Wayne Allen (Geis) abused his supervisory position by indirectly threatening to withhold music and acting instructions if the victim did not continue with the sexual activity.
The Statue of Limitations has expired on those crimes. As such, the statue of limitations would be three years from the time of occurrences on any Child Molest. The reported the crime 22 days too late!!!!!
It is also believed that there is probable cause to believe that Wayne Allen (Geis) commited the crime of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor by talking naked photographs of the victims, however the photographs themselves have not been obtained by police from a search warrant and of the computer hard drive and floppy disks.
Wayne Allen (Geis) also commited the crime of Child Molest in the third degree along with his "wife". The Statue of limitations had expired on that crime also.
Geis lawyer did not allow the taped confession of Wayne Allen (Geis) and his "wife" before court.
Those victims went through all this legal wrangling and still Geis does what he does to this very day.
